Art Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If your artwork arrives damaged or is unopened, you may return it under the following conditions:

Conditions for Return:

  1. Unopened Artwork:
    • You may return the artwork within 30 days of delivery if the packaging remains unopened and the item is in its original condition.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered in error.
  2. Damaged Artwork:
    • If your artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide photos of the damaged packaging and artwork to assist in processing your return.
    • We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged items, and you may choose to either receive a full refund or a replacement (subject to availability).

Non-Returnable Conditions:

  • Artwork that has been opened, used, or altered in any way.
  • Custom or commissioned pieces, unless they arrive damaged.
  • Returns requested after the specified return window.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at art@andreesabstract.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once the return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label (for damaged items) or further instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned artwork is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
